There will be a party starting at 1:00pm. Appetizers and drinks will be served

Tournament Regulations:
1. Players are to be available for matches from 5pm weekdays and 9 am weekends.
2. Senior events may be played during the day when possible.
3. Late players: 15 minutes late results in default.
4. Game format: 2 sets with match tiebreaker for the third set up to the semis. Semis and finals will play full third set. Consolations will be held in all events and played in an 8 game pro set.
5. Each match is limited to a 5 minute warm-up.
6. All players report to Tournament Desk following the match to report results, and confirm next match time/date.
7. Players must be available to play at the scheduled time on the draw sheet, except in Special Exceptions. Players must arrange alternate time with opponent, and be approved by the Tournament Committee. Players unable to arrange match with opponent forfeit the match.
8. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to reschedule match times due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. The Tournament Committee may cancel an event or combine events if there are insufficient entries.
10. No refunds on entry fee after the draw has been made.
