Junior Academy Profile
Mackenzie Campbell
Mackenzie has been in our junior program since the age of 7. She is one of the hardest working players in the Academy. Her hard work paid off in tournament play as she has performed extremely well over the last two years both Provincially and Nationally. Mackenzie is a National Doubles Champion winning the U14 Outdoor National Doubles Title in the summer of 2010 in Mont Tremblant, Quebec. Mackenzie has also just recently won the Hollyburn Junior Classic U16 Singles Title winning 6-0 6-0 in the final.
We congratualte Mackenzie on all of her successes and wish her well in the upcoming summer season.
Jack Karp
We would also like to congratulate Junior Academy Player Jack Karp for receiving a $500 grant from the Seniors Tennis Association of the North Shore (STANS). ‘STANS’ has been kind enough to offer $500 grants to deserving up and coming junior players at the West Vancouver Tennis Club to use towards their coaching expenses. Previous recipients have been Kryll Kryvchun and Alejandra Enderica
